I am equine veterinarian who can help with my clients to find best places for horses from ukrajine, for now we can offer 60 places in different stables around SLovakia. All places would have a agreement between stable and myself or horse owner if we know that person (if not fostering). All needed veterinary care can be provided, also feeding - hay or hay pellets, alphaalpha, fresh water. We can offer boxes also pasture with shed. Horses can stay at least 30days. I have a 5000 square meter field with an electric fence where I am allowed to have horses.  In the past when there were horses placed in the field it was during good weather and the neighbors sheltered the horses in their barns during the bad weather. One of the old sheds could be turned into a horse shelter with some effort. Right now a shorter horse could fit in the old brick shed. We could ask the neighbors for help in person, they speak Danish and German and have been the warmest, kindest people when we do get to interact. They maybe have already taken in some horses and we need to convert the shed for horses. I am also looking for a housesitter/handyman/gardener to accompany the horses and take care of the little house that comes with the 5000 square meters. I have left May and June open for Ukranians, since sadly it seems the war is not ending. Below is the info about the location: I need help repairing and fixing up my little house in Denmark to prepare to sell it.  I have had housesitters going to stay there to keep up the lawn and do other fixes and repairs depending on their skills.  The house has a 5000 square meter lot and horse rights.  Often the neighbors have their horses come to the field to graze.  There are two old sheds that could be converted to animal shelters.  The neighbors have a lot of barns and might be able to help while a shelter is being prepared.  After around May though they can leave the horses over night in the field as it has an electric fence.    The house sitter advert reads: Hojer is a charming little Danish town with a focus on art and design and the entrance to the UNESCO WorldHeritage site The Wadden Sea. Tonder is a town right before the German borderwith plenty of shops and the "County Seat" or Kommune headquarters. Our little home is not the Ritz Carlton, but most house sitters have found itcozy and comfortable after getting the woodstove going. The home was built 1760 and is onthe Danish historic register. It will be initially a bit damp and take a fewhours to get it dried out with the fire going upon arrival. The home issituated in what some call "Fairytale Denmark" about 11 minutes fromSchackenborg Castle in historic MogelTonder, where even if they do not do toursthere is a wonderful "walk in the woods" path outside the estate, 45minutes north is Ribe, the oldest town in Denmark and home of an interactiveViking museum. The neighbors have horses, chickens (but they don't wake us up), sheep, cattle, and more. A walkaround the neighborhood is like going back in time. We are hoping to find a handyperson/couple who can help with a few projects as there are no pets to sit andsomeone who can help keep the house dry, mow the lawn, weed, and be respectfultowards us. We have had some amazing and wonderful housesitters, some havereturned twice, and become dear friends, but the last ones did some sad damage,did not keep the house dry, and caused costly damage and hours of fixing morethan we already had to do.  I guesstimate there is only a few hours of help needed a day and ask that the housesitters pay for their own internet and desired firebricks. I will pay the water bill, taxes, andreasonable electric use (So far all the housesitters have been reasonable). Ihave found it best if housesitters arrange their own internet. We use Lebraraand have enough internet for two of us for a month with a $40.00 card. We have enjoyed the warm and good feeling in the home and werehoping to update slowly. It is livable, but definitely has the "wobbles ofan old house".   The walks past the neighbors horses,prize chickens, geese, sheep, and beautiful vegetation all around, combinedwith good shopping in Tonder and Hojer, makes this a very comfortable countryretreat in any season. The roofer told us only one portion needs to be replacedsoon for about 6000 Euros and the portion with the green will be okay for aboutanother 8 to 10 years, and the newest part not seen in the main photo will begood for about 80 more years. We have had it sprayed for insects, but it wouldbe ideal to put fresh treated wood in many places.  The house is sold as is and the priceis for the 5000 square meters and that the dwelling is livable and has citywater, sewer, and electric working well in it. It is on the historic registerand we were told in 2019 that the house qualifies for historic renovationgrants. Hojer is one of the entrances to the UNESCO Wadden nature site and thearea has amazing bird activity with some rare birds. 11 minute drive fromSchackenborg Castle, its walking parks, and fairytale Mogeltonder.

We are a riding school near Cologne and are able to offer a few boxes for ur horse. We have enough land and food for them. If u need a room too we are able to offer u a room with bath and a horsefamily to join with.
